This week the Justice Committee heard their second session of evidence as part of the scrutiny of the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Bill, all of which related to the parts of the Bill which affect young people and children. This theme continued in the Chamber, where there was a debate about the United Nation’s Convention of the Rights of the Child. More . . .
