“Moray looks set to tackle anti-social behaviour with community wardens: Five new community wardens could soon be patrolling the streets of Moray to tackle anti-social behaviour. And there are also plans to introduce community forums, a neighbour-dispute mediation scheme, and put a solicitor in charge of overseeing Moray’s anti-social behaviour policy. The aim is to deter anti-social behaviour instead of having police and housing agencies responding to the symptoms. . .” Press and Journal
