The Committee has published an on-line questionnaire calling for views on ‘anti-social behaviour’ in advance of any Bill on the subject.
They ask:
“What is anti-social behaviour?
The scale of anti-social behaviour
The causes of anti-social behaviour
What is being done now to address anti-social behaviour?
Possible solutions to the issue.The Committee is keen to hear from the people of Scotland themselves including young people, old people, tenants and other residents groups as well as organisations and groups representing communities. The Committee, therefore, welcomes individual responses as well as collective responses from representative groups and organisations.”
