Conference on Child Witnesses

NCH Scotland, is organising a one day conference Respecting Child Witnesses and Delivering Justice to be held at The Hub, Castlehill, Edinburgh on the 14th November. The conference will ‘look at how Scotland?s justice system can safeguard the interests of children as well as those of the accused, so that we get to the truth in each and every case’ following ‘recommendations made by NCH Scotland and other children’s organisations to improve the way children are treated in the justice system . .are in the Vulnerable Witness (Scotland) Bill currently going through the Scottish parliament’.
