"Satellite tracking for child sex abusers: Sex offenders will be tracked using satellite surveillance upon their release from prison, under controversial plans being drawn up by the Scottish Executive [. . .] The Scotsman has learned that trials are to start in England in January, and Executive sources say that Scottish ministers are expected to follow suit later in the year. . .” Scotsman
