Gillon to meet Lord Advocate over corporate homicide legislation

“Plans to change law on reckless firms hang in the balance” Herald

Karen Gillon MSP lodged a final proposal for a Culpable Homicide (Scotland) Bill, to introduce new offences of culpable homicide by recklessness and culpable homicide by gross negligence, on the 14th September. See proposals for members bills page (SP).
