The Justice 1 Committee met yesterday 31st May and took evidence at Stage 1 of the Criminal Proceedings etc. (Reform) (Scotland) Bill from Elish Angiolini QC, Solicitor General for Scotland, Scott Pattison, Head of Policy Unit and Jim Brisbane, Deputy Crown Agent, Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service; and Hugh Henry MSP, Deputy Minister for Justice, Wilma Dickson, Head of Criminal Procedure Division, and Noel Rehfisch, Bill Team Leader, Scottish Executive.
